About this website
These terms describe the Ena Form. promotional website and illustrative browser demos. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. They are not a licence or subscription agreement for a released connected-device app.
Concepts and availability
Ena Form. is in development. Screens, readings, interiors, vehicles and animations are concept previews and may include generated imagery. They do not prove an integration is available, tested, certified or approved. Features, pricing, supported devices, regions and release timing may change. Third-party products are separate from the app. Named brands identify examples being explored; they do not imply a partnership, endorsement or certification.
Using the demos
The home, vehicle and energy controls operate sample website state only. They do not operate equipment, provide live measurements or play licensed music. Do not use illustrative readings for safety, medical, security, driving or electrical decisions. Explore vehicle demos while parked. The phone prototype can open a manually configured Apple Shortcut when you choose it on a compatible device; you are responsible for the shortcut you configure.
Joining the beta
Joining the beta list is free, creates no purchase or subscription, and does not guarantee access or a release date. The form asks for specific permission to receive beta communications, which you can withdraw at any time. Any future beta participation involving accounts or connected equipment will have additional information and terms before access.
Reasonable use
Please do not submit someone else’s contact information without authority, send sensitive credentials, spam the form, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorised access. If you find a security issue, report it privately to [email protected] without accessing other people’s information.
Content and third parties
Website design and original materials may be used only with permission or as allowed by law. Third-party names, marks, artwork and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. External websites and apps are operated by their own providers. Nothing here grants rights to third-party content or promises permission to reuse it.
Purchases and consumer rights
The current website does not take payment, sell hardware or offer a paid app subscription. See our purchases and refunds notice. Nothing in these website terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Future paid services will need their own clear pricing, cancellation and refund information before purchase.

We may update the site and these terms as development continues. The updated date appears on this page. The privacy policy explains how website information is handled.
