Who this notice covers
This notice explains information handled through enaform.co and its browser demos. Ena Form. is the public name used for this website. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions. This notice does not describe a future connected-device app; that app will need its own notice before collecting account, camera, calendar, location or home-device data.
What you choose to share
The beta form requires your email address and affirmative permission to send beta recruitment and availability emails. Your name and intended use are optional. It records the consent wording/version and submission time so we can understand your request. If you email us, we receive your message and the contact information you include. Please do not send passwords, device credentials, sensitive information or information about other people.
How it is used
We use beta requests to organise recruitment, assess optional use-case preferences, send the beta communications you requested, and handle questions or privacy requests. Joining the list does not create an account or guarantee an invitation. We do not use this signup for unrelated marketing, sell signup details, or share them for targeted advertising.
The services involved
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services receive technical information such as IP address, request time, browser/request information and requested URL to deliver and protect the site. Submitting the form sends its fields to FormSubmit, which forwards them to the Ena Form. email inbox. Our email service also processes those messages. These services may process information in countries other than yours. FormSubmit describes its practices in its privacy and service notice. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to handle a security incident. We do not upload data to an advertising platform from this website.
Browser demos and storage
The website demos use sample readings, contacts, maps and music controls. They do not connect to your home, calendar, music account, vehicle or Victron equipment. The phone demo saves the appearance, layout, app choices and shortcut names you choose in local browser storage. These settings are not sent to Ena Form. by the demo. They are cleared the next time you open the demo after 90 days without saving a change, or you can remove them using Reset saved choices in demo Settings. Existing settings from older versions are cleared when the updated demo first opens. A configured iPhone shortcut is opened only when you choose it; the app it opens has its own privacy practices.
Retention and removal
Beta requests are kept while they are needed for recruitment and the communications you requested. We remove active signup details when you withdraw or when recruitment ends, unless a legal obligation or unresolved issue requires retention. A minimal opt-out record may be retained to avoid contacting you again. Service-provider logs and backups follow their own retention practices; deletion from a live inbox may not immediately remove backups. Email [email protected] to withdraw permission, request deletion or ask about retention. This site does not provide automatic deletion of the email inbox.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw beta email permission at any time by replying to a beta email or emailing [email protected] with “Unsubscribe”. You can also ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information you supplied. We may need to confirm the request comes from you. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, appeal a decision, or complain to a data-protection authority. Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, requested beta emails rely on consent; answering enquiries and protecting the website rely on legitimate interests, and required disclosures rely on legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Cookies, tracking and children
The website code has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, session replay or externally hosted media embeds. Fonts and images are served from this site; the phone iframe is also hosted here. Browser storage is described in our cookie and storage policy. The site does not perform cross-site tracking or change its behaviour in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control because it does not run sale, sharing-for-advertising or tracking features. Beta recruitment is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly recruit children; contact us if a child has submitted information.
Updates
Changes will be posted here with an updated date. New data uses or connected-app functionality will require an updated notice and, where appropriate, new permission before they begin.
